Hi,
I've tried to run liftOver on the attached file (from bosTau4 to hg18)
using the 64-bit liftover binary downloaded from http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/exe/linux.x86_64/
, and got a segmentation fault.
However when I run the same file through the 32-bit binary downloaded
from http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/exe/linux.i386/, I get
desired output. Therefore it looks like the 64-bit liftOver binary
might be faulty. Can you please fix the same?
