Hello, I've come across a segfault that occurs in v 34 but not in v 33 and have narrowed it down to one mrna and an 800kb reference with -maxIntron=30000 -oneOff=1 -mask=lower
options, setting maxIntron over 74000 prevents the segfault from occurring. removing any of the options also prevents the segfault.
