Hello Karin, This assembly (danRer5, Zebrafish July 2007) is included in the Conservation track inside the human assembly. The Conservation track includes 44 species and has several sub-tracks, including PhastCons. There are no immediate plans to release a Conservation track native to the zebrafish assembly.
