Hello Linda,

We are able to locate the data. Is it possible that you are using a different 
version of the human genome than before? The TFBS track is contained in the 
genome/assembly "Human Mar. 2006 (hg18)". It has not been created yet for the 
genome/assembly "Human Feb. 2009 (hg19)".

Please double check and let us know if this resolves the issue,
