Hello Linda, We are able to locate the data. Is it possible that you are using a different version of the human genome than before? The TFBS track is contained in the genome/assembly "Human Mar. 2006 (hg18)". It has not been created yet for the genome/assembly "Human Feb. 2009 (hg19)".
Please double check and let us know if this resolves the issue, Thank you, Jennifer ------------------------------------------------ Jennifer Jackson UCSC Genome Bioinformatics Group ----- "Linda Resar" <[email protected]> wrote: > From: "Linda Resar" <[email protected]> > To: [email protected] > Sent: Thursday, September 24, 2009 12:48:02 PM GMT -08:00 US/Canada Pacific > Subject: [Genome] TFBS for HMGA1 (formerly HMG-I/Y) > > Dear UCSC folks: > > My laboratory studies HMGA1 and we have used your UCSC webpage to > check for binding sites for HMGA1 (formerly HMG-I/Y) in various > promoter regions.
