Hello,

The main genomic sequence is the same for 36.1 and 36.3. Meaning = no 
conversion is needed. The dbSNP30 database is already a track for our Human 
March 2006 (hg18) NCBI 36.3 genome.

The next release, for the 37.1 genome (hg19) has not yet been released.

Perhaps this coordinate information will help, since NCBI and UCSC use 
different coordinate systems:
