Dears, Recently, I want to apply my method in the analysis of the data from Encode. However, I did not know that where can i download all the tracks in the ENCODE Pilot Phase? I only find the links (http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/encodeDCC/) for the ENCODE Production Phase whole-genome data. Can anyone tell me the links for the tracks in the ENCODE Pilot Phase.
