Hello Laura,

The baboon genome is highly fragmented, but there is a skeleton browser on our 
test server.
http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu

This data will be incorporated into the Conservation track for hg19 (Human Feb 
2009) at a later date (still being processed).

Maybe this will help? There are no strict requirements for assemblies. Whether 
to create a full assembly is a judgement call made by the scientists working on 
the project here.
