Hello,

Are you attempting to download the entire /gbdb directory? This directory 
contains the files used by all of the assemblies not included in the mySQL 
database. This is very large dataset. It might be better to select 
genomes/releases/tracks that are of interest first. Also, be aware that very 
large usage load will progressively become slower and slower and eventually 
blocked. Over time, the block will decay, Here is an FAQ explaining the process:
