Hello,

The Net tracks will provide a single match from one species to another. This is
not reciprocal.

If you are willing to work with experimental data, the track "Reciprocal Best
Nets" track set is an option. Not all species are represented and keep in mind
the data has not been verified by QA (and will not be).
http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/ (look in hg18, Comparative track group).

Best wishes,
Jennifer
