If I search by rs number using the UCSC Genome Browser on Human Feb. 2009 Assembly (hg19), it can't find the SNP, while the exact same search works in the previous build.
For example, when searching hg19 for rs1061170, I get this error message: Sorry, couldn't locate rs1061170 in genome database This seems strange, as the rs1061170 is visible in the CFH gene results for Build hg19 in the UCSC Genome Browser.
