Hello, We were wondering when phastCons data would be available for the new (hg19) human assembly. I see from another post on the mailing list that you are planning to release a multiz 46-way alignment in a month or two. Is there any further update on this timeline. Also, for our research, we are concerned going to 46 species alignment results in loss of conservation. Are there any plans for multi-alignments/phastCons based on a more compact set of species?
