Hi!
May I ask a question about wib file?
1. I downloaded the wib at
ftp://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/gbdb/hg18/wib/wgEncodeBroadMapabilityAlign36mer.wib
2. I followed the wib format definition at
http://genomewiki.ucsc.edu/index.php/Wiggle
3. However, the data I retrieved wib file did not match the data in UCSC
browser.
Since the document http://genomewiki.ucsc.edu/index.php/Wiggle was posted
on year 2006.
I am wondering if the format of wib has been changed.
