Hello,

Here is the link: http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgLiftOver

Path: http://genome.ucsc.edu/ -> Utilities (left blue nav bar) -> Batch
Coordinate Conversion

Does this help? Or did you need an executable? (there is one on the Downloads
server)

Please let us know if you need more help. I am sure that you already know this,
but I need to quickly mention for everyone's knowledge that we do not allow
large, program driven use of the web interface. To do so will eventually cause
an IP block for the user(s). Better to either create a mini-mirror or use the
command-line version locally if you have many queries to run.

Thanks!
Jennifer
