Hello, The track in Human with the special set of download files is called "7X Reg Potential". This track does not exist for mm8. If there is a different track that you are interest in for mouse that you cannot locate using the method below (or by using the Table browser), please write back and we can offer more advice.
Main mySQL Files: The database files for mouse are in the downloads section mmX -> Annotation Database. For an ftp location, this would be goldenPath/mmX/database/*. The file are named the same as the tables, only with a .txt.gz at the end for data files and with an .sql for the schema. Use the Table browser "view schema" function to navigate relationships between tables, format, sample data, and statistics.
