Hi! In reading Reliable prediction of regulator targets using 12 Drosophila genomes (Genome Research, 2007), the authors say that a 12-way alignment is available for D. melanogaster. Yet all I've been able to find are the 15-way (including red flour beetle, mosquito, and honey bee), and alignments with 9 or fewer species. Is there really a 12-way alignment? Or did the authors just use the 15-way?
