Thanks Jim for the rapid answer. The binary seems to work under Snow Leopard
Sever 10.6.2. However, I think that something is broken...

When I generated the bigWig from example 2 from
http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/bigWig.html
I created a bigFile that triggers some error from the Genome browser.

This seems to be specific for the Darwin binary in the bigSuit.zip as if I do
the same procedure using the downloaded binary on a linux box, the bigWig file
is fine.

Moreover, the file generated by the bedGraph2bigWig on the Xserver is 16 MB
large while the file generated on the linux box is 78 Mb large.

Any clue?
