Hello,
We are actively working on getting this track into the hg19 dataset. The data 
comes from an external collaborator, so I cannot comment about when exactly it 
will be ready, but it is on our to-do list. Feel free to check back in a while 
for an update if you do not see it added to the browser in the next few weeks.
