Hello, At the main UCSC browser site http://genome.ucsc.edu, the track is published.
Perhaps you are using a mirror from this page: http://genome.hmgc.mcw.edu/mirror.html ? Some do not have the data incorporated yet. Or, maybe a local mirror? Again, the data may not be incorporated yet. The UCSC Genes track was just released Monday. Many mirrors update on Sundays (or every other Sunday). If possible, use the main UCSC browser site.
