Hello David,

The reason for the missing data is that for hg19, dbSNP has not yet released 
the data for chrM. The mito chromosome is identical between hg18 and hg19, so 
using the hg18 chrM data along with the rest of the data from hg19 would give 
you the complete set for now. We are expecting the data for chrM updated in 
dbSNP release 130 for hg19 in the next few months.
