Hello,

You probably already checked this, but if the data if for hg18, a quick double 
check that you are looking for the data in hg18 (and not hg19) is the first 
step.

Next, was the data uploaded just as a custom track, or was it saved into a 
Session? Regular custom track data will only stay on the server about 48 hours, 
then it is removed. Session data should be persistent - the switch to rename 
hg19 to GRCh37 should not effect the custom track data saved there, but the 
switch is new, so if there are issues, we want to follow up.

Also, if you did a cart-reset at any point, regular custom tracks are removed, 
but saved Session data is retained.

Please let us know more about the situation.
