Hello, when I have tried to download the sequences of one or several define regions from UCSC tables of dmel 2006 genome Assembly I got the sequence of the whole chromosome (!) but not the define regions. Of course, all previous settings were reseted. Although I have not tested if the same problem occurs with other assemblies, it seems that it's the system problem. Please, check this.
