Hi Jennifer,

I can get to the site fine, search a gene or SNP fine, however when the viewer 
of the genome browser pulls up it is blank and there is a small red "X" in the 
upper left hand corner. So essentially the picture is not downloading. This is 
not a problem specific to my computer or a internet connection. Same problems 
no matter where I try to access the browser.
