Hi Genomics, I have some (around 10K) regions with an associated score. the score ranges from -2 to +2 and I would like to view it as blocks of heigths proportional to the absolute value of the score and positioned above and below a line passing through zero. Now I did it, but the colors of the graph are not changed according to the 'sign'. Instead what is color changing is the 'track name' aside the graph window. I'm not sure if this is the expected behaviour of a bedgraph track or if I did something wrong. Can you help me?
