Hello, Currently, the set of pre-compiled utilities from the kent source tree for MAC is pretty limited. http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/exe/MacOSX/
The source can be downloaded and compiled yourself, here is the link to a list of programs and instructions for download. The README files throughout the download provide instructions. http://genomewiki.cse.ucsc.edu/index.php/Kent_source_utilities http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQdownloads#download27 Please let us know if you need any more help, Jennifer ------------------------------------------------ Jennifer Jackson UCSC Genome Bioinformatics Group ----- "Chris Liddle" <[email protected]> wrote: > From: "Chris Liddle" <[email protected]> > To: [email protected] > Sent: Thursday, December 17, 2009 11:06:46 AM GMT -08:00 US/Canada Pacific > Subject: [Genome] Wig to BigWig for Mac? > > Hi, > > I note that there is an updated 64-bit Linux wigtobigwig binary at: > http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/exe/linux.x86_64/ > > Is there an equivalent binary for 64-bit Intel MacOSX or source code > from > which I can compile? > > > Thanks, > > > Chris Liddle > -- > Professor Chris Liddle > Associate Dean, Information Technology > Professor of Clinical Pharmacology and Hepatology > Sydney Medical School > University of Sydney - Westmead Hospital > Westmead 2145.
