This gene matches at chimp chr1:854970-870742 at 95.3% identity
and at chr2b:132231122-132233724 at 97.4% identity

Both matches are good enough to pass our criteria
filters.  It is a human gene cDNA being matched here
to Chimp.  The alignment isn't perfect, but good
enough to be called in these two location.
