[Genome] Session of genome browser - other url based methods

Hi UCSC team,
i have a problem. My OS is 32 bit so, i cannot use the Bigbed program to 
convert my bed file  into Bigbed format. Wha other methods can i use?
What are the other methods to create a url-based track I can use?
