Hello Asaf,

This help document explains the types of graphing formats 
available. The conservation track has wiggle format data, but 
there are a other options.

Both of the main browsers support the data formats above. Choose a 
genome/assembly and click on the "add custom tracks" button to see 
a list of accepted formats, links to more help, and to submit data.
