Hi,

Our group has recently done comparative genomic sequencing using services
provided by NimbleGen, and we are including these data in a paper that is under
review by Science. The editors would like for us to enter the data into a
public database, and a contact suggested we submit it to UCSC.

I have not been able to figure out how to submit such information to your site,
however, and was hoping you could help. NimbleGen performed three different
co-hybridizations for us, to a Rhesus Cytomegalovirus array. They returned the
sequences via CD as .gff files, which can be read by their software SignalMap.

Can you tell me which data needs to be submitted to UCSC and how I do this?

Thank you,

Rebecca Richards
