Hello,

For details about the exact difference of the reference genomic sequence and 
any scientific interpretation, we encourage you to examine the alignments in 
the browser and the track/transcript descripions in RefSeq genes and UCSC Genes.

You also may find it helpful to open the tracks UCSC Genes, Self Chain, and 
some of the repeat tracks. What the data means exactly is something that you 
will need to determine.
