Starting at: http://genome.ucsc.edu

Click "Genomes" in top blue navigation bar

Chose clade/genome/assembly to be for
Human Mar. 2006 (hg18) assembly

Various Affymetrix datasets exist in the
track group "Expression". Examine the tracks
to see which contain the data your were
linking into before.
