Hello Archie,

This SNP maps to more than one location in both genomes.

To get the mapping for either of the locations in hg18 to both in hg19 
use the option "multiple".

When this box is checked, a BED file is required, the minimum is 
actually a BED4. This would convert your position to:

chr17 33706710 33706711 1

(The trailing 1 is just a place-holder, you could use a meaningful value 
if you wanted to).

Please try and see if this works for you, too,
