I have some data produced in the WS180 genome of C elegans and I would like it converted to the WS190 (or WS170) genome. It looks like only the WS170 and WS190 genomes are present on the genome browser and available for Liftover. Would it be possible to create an over.chain file so I can use the command-line version of LiftOver to do my analyses?
