Hello,

There is no multi-species Conservation track for the Tetraodon (tetNig1)
assembly. There are some alternatives:

Track in tetNig1:
Human Ecores
Tetraodon(tetNig1)/Human (May 2004/hg17) Evolutionary Conserved Regions

Track in hg19:
Conservation
Vertebrate Multiz Alignment & Conservation (46 Species)
(4 sub-tracks with tetNig1 included)

Data can be viewed in the genome browser. Data can be retrieved through
the Table browser, Downloads server, or public mySQL database.

We hope this helps. If you were looking for something else, please send
back more details,

Thanks,
Jennifer
