Hello Abhi, Most of the tracks in the Gene and Gene Predictions track group would be appropriate to capture splice locations from. The UCSC Genes track in association with the Alt Events track are recommended.
Another track to consider would be SIB Alt-Splicing (mRNA and EST track group). If you are interested in phenotype or expression data, then tracks in the Phenotype and Allele and Expression and Regulation track groups could be explored.
