UCSC declares the zebrafish version on the assembly's gateway page http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway?clade=vertebrate&org=Zebrafish which includes a link to the source: http://www.sanger.ac.uk/Projects/D_rerio/Zv8_assembly_information.shtml ENSEMBL also declares the version source on their zebrafish home page http://www.ensembl.org/Danio_rerio/Info/Index and they also include a link to the source (exact same url as in the UCSC Browser).
