Hello, If quality scores were released, you will find the information in the track called "Quality" in the Mapping & Sequencing track group.
However,,for many genome assemblies, the quality scores were not released. You may try contacting the data authors directly for the information. See the data authors associated with each assembly on the Gateway page and through the credit's link.
