Hello Ian,

There are more sub-tracks for the Mapability track on the test server, 
including data based on 50bp tags:

http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu -> hg18/Mapability

The normal disclaimers about test data apply, but you may still find 
this worth using for statistics. If you find anything strange or 
unexpected, we would be glad to know.
