Hi, I was wondering if there is a file size limit for custom tracks in the genome browser.
I tried searching and was not able to find a current answer. When I upload my bed file i just get a blank page after it reaches 100%. The url remains http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgCustom My file is not too large, so I may be experiencing another problem..
