Thanks Jennifer! A colleague of mine just reported me a similar problem with C. elegans. This link: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/currentGenomes/Caenorhabditis_elegans/ seems to be pointing to ce2, not ce6.
