Hi Rafael,

  To get a genomic sequence, click on the DNA button in the top blue bar.
  If you are in the genome browser, it will default to the sequence in the
  browser window. For more information check out the OpenHelix tutorial at
http://www.openhelix.com/downloads/ucsc/ucsc_home.shtml or our FAQ at
http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/hgTracksHelp.html#TrackFormatDNA.
