Hi, I'm using the bedGraph format, and I'd like to have the "Data view scaling = use vertical viewing range setting". The default seems to be "auto-scale to data view". I'm able to this once the track has been uploaded by clicking on "configure". I would like however, to do this automatically from the input file header. I've tried this (and several other combinations) and nothing seems to work:
browser position chr1:740000-250,000,000 browser hide all browser pack refGene encodeRegions browser full altGraph track type=bedGraph name="TEST" description="SNPS" visibility=full color=200,100,0 altColor=0,100,200 priority=20 maxHeightPixels=64 windowingFunction=mean+whiskers viewLimits=-2.5:4.0 dataViewScaling="Use vertical viewing range setting" Any help is appreciated.
