Hi, I've been trying to find the fetchChromSizes source to compile in the kent src tree but it does not seem to be there. From reading some threads in the archive it should compile from the src/utilities/big* directories but I don't seem to be getting this from running make here.
All I actually want is the format of the file that is returned (assuming it is plain text) so I can build one to create a bigWig file from some bedGraph files on our local data.
