For large datasets, the data format bigWig would be a better choice.

ps. Next time, it would be best to not send large files/attachments 
directly to the mailing list. Most types are screened anyway, so the 
information is not posted to the archives. As a better alternative, 
instead include just a few example lines in your email or ask the 
moderator for help first, then organize with them for how to best 
accomplish large file transfers if they are necessary (host files for 
ftp, share a saved Session, or similar).
