Hi gurus, I wanted to correlate all encode tracks against each other and some local chip seq tracks.The table browser can "correlate" tracks and Adam Siepel seem to have mentioned correlation (src/hg/overlapSelect/todo.txt)
I wonder if it is possible to directly correlate tracks with a command line tool?
