Hello Maggie,

The guess is that you are looking in the Human Mar. 2006 (NCBI36/hg18)
assembly at the track HGDP Hetrzygsty? And would like the actual alleles
used as input to the summery calculations?

If so, the track HGDP Allele has the actual alleles and frequency per
population group. The primary table is hgdpGeo. Linked data is labeled
as hgdpHzy<population group>.

The data can be viewed in the Table browser or downloaded. (Good to
examine in the Table browser first to learn file formats, etc.).

The data can be downloaded from here (ftp instuctions in link):
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/database/

table_name == file_name.txt.gz -> data
            == file_name.sql    -> schema

The data was sourced here (links to raw data):
http://hgdp.uchicago.edu/

Hopefully this helps. If you were looking at a different data set or
have followup questions, please let us know and include more specific
information such as the assembly and exact track information,

Thanks,
Jennifer
