Hello Lee,

The UCSC Browser does not appear to be having custom track issues.

Are you perhaps using your own mirror? If so, contacting the administer 
to ensure the server(s) are running may help.

Sending the exact steps, including the url of the browser, and a few 
lines of the data that still produce the error, would be helpful. Then 
we can try to duplicate and correct the entry.

Please paste the information into an email and send directly to me. No 
attachments please. If you are using a bigWig/bigBed file be sure to 
include instructions for access to your server (do not send the file via 
email).
