Hello Wei,

The UCSC Browser's funding mandate is to focus on vertebrate genomes
(with only a few exceptions), so creating these liftOver files for yeast
will not be possible. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

By chance, a very similar question was asked earlier today. It was
concerning other genomes, but having to do with creating liftOver files.
The reply likely has all of the information you need to get started
creating your own.

Best wishes for your research,
Thanks,
Jennifer
