Hello Dario, At the time of upload, the Y-axis scale can be set by the user, for all custom tracks loaded (in batch, if desired).
In track line set: autoScale=off (default is "on" for custom tracks) Then, set these graphing attributes as desired: http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/wiggle.html (scroll to Parameters for custom wiggle track definition lines - ignore wiggle part, most work for most tracks). How to interpret & set values to the graphing attributes: http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/hgWiggleTrackHelp.html When done, save your results into a Session for longer-lived data (with saved viewing parameters). http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/hgTracksHelp.html#Sessions Hopefully this helps, Jennifer --------------------------------- Jennifer Jackson UCSC Genome Informatics Group http://genome.ucsc.edu/ On 5/2/10 9:30 PM, Dario Strbenac wrote: > Hello, > > Would it be possible to allow the users to change the vertical viewing range > of some tracks (e.g. custom tracks) simultaneously instead of having to click > each one and change the values 1 at time ? > > -------------------------------------- > Dario Strbenac > Research Assistant > Cancer Epigenetics > Garvan Institute of Medical Research > Darlinghurst NSW 2010 > Australia > _______________________________________________ > Genome maillist - [email protected] > https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome
