Hi Michael,
    The reason you found this is because the RefSeq tables for Pan 
troglodytes originally included human data as well. This is an artifact 
from before we had the 'OtherRefSeq' track, and is being phased out. You 
probably caught the last version of those tables that still includes 
human data. RefSeq accession numbers are indeed unique. We have updated 
the downloads, so you can grab a new, human-free copy.
