Hi I see that the Neandertal genome has been added to your site, which I'm a bit excited about. However, I have yet to find a way to actually download any of the data/tracks-- instead I see references to files that, to my eye, don't look to exist. EG: If you use the table browser and try to grab the Neandertal Cntgs track, you get: /gbdb/hg18/neandertal/seqAlis/all-hg18.bam
I cannot find this file, however, on your ftp site (there's no neandertal directory in /gbdb/hg18). Can someone remedy this for me or point me in the right direction?
